We finish each panel so it hangs correctly when we're done -- no crooked breaks, no stress marks at the header, no residue that attracts dust faster than before. If panels need a short drying window, we'll tell you before we leave.

Pile fabrics require careful directionality during cleaning. Steam applied against the pile flattens it permanently. We work with the grain and use extraction rather than aggressive heat.

Lined and Blackout Panels
Two layers of different fabric bonded or stitched together respond to heat at different rates. We dry-clean these in-home when possible, or recommend the appropriate method if the lining material isn't steam-safe.

Odor masking is not odor removal. We treat the source of the smell at the fiber level. If a fabric isn't responding to cleaning, we'll tell you that directly rather than spray something over the top.
